At Fido & Felix Pet Sitting & Dog Walking, pets are our passion and great customer service is our specialty! Our team of pet care specialists provide a wide range of personalized services in the comfort and safety of your own home. We are dedicated to always providing your pets the same care and love you give them -- that's what we would want a caregiver to do for our own furry, feathery, and scaly family members! At Fido & Felix, we strive to meet and exceed your expectations so that your time away from home is stress-free for both you AND your pets. Our team is experienced, licensed, insured, bonded, and dog & cat first aid and CPR certified!

Our Policies

Service Hours: 7:00am – 9:00pm, 7 days a week

Office Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday

Scheduling: Please make your reservations at least 48 hours prior to your desired service date. If it is less than 48 hours, we will do our very best to accommodate your needs. A $10 fee will be added for any same day visits.

Holiday Services: There will be an additional charge of $10 per visit on the following holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day.

Payment: Payment is required at start of service. If you think of something else you need us to do while you are away, don’t hesitate to call us. We can bill you later for any additional services.

Refunds/Rescheduling/Cancellations: If your travel plans change and you need to reschedule or cancel please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations before 48 hours of service, no charge. Cancellations that occur within 48 hours to a reservation beginning or after service has begun will be charged in full.

Outside Temperature Policy: For the safety of your pets, when the outside temperature is over 100 degrees or under 32 degrees, we will need to make sure your pets are safely indoors during your reservation. In the case of over 100 degrees, pets cannot be left in hot garages.
