Our established procedures ensure we are offering a high quality in-home pet care experience for you and your pets. When you choose Fido & Felix, you are supporting a family owned, local business that offers a personal, hands on pet sitting experience. We love this community and strive to offer the quality of care that you yourself provide your own furbaby. Our in dept initial consultation gives us a thorough view of how you would like us to care for your pet and allows us to establish a personal one on one relationship. Our number one goal is to make your pets feel comfortable and happy while their humans are away. Everyone at Fido & Felix has a passion for animals and their own furry babies at home. Meet The Owner


I believe that the companionship pets offer is invaluable and they deserve the highest quality of loving care.  I have three human babies, eight furry babies, an iguana, and a turtle. Growing up in Granite Bay, I have always called this area of California home. After graduating from Granite Bay High School, I earned a BA from UC Davis. Now, I am so proud to run Fido & Felix from Roseville where my husband and I are raising our family. We service Roseville, Rocklin, Granite Bay, and the surrounding area. During my free time you can find me on the sidelines of my kid's soccer or basketball games cheering them on, or enjoying a good book at home with my kitties and pups cuddled up nearby. I am so honored to provide service to the outstanding members of our community and their amazing furbabies. Doing anything I can to make a pup wag his/her tail or a kitty purr makes me a happy gal!

Our Policies

Service Hours:   7:00am – 9:00pm, 7 days a week 

Office Hours:   9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday  

Scheduling:  Please make your reservations at least 48 hours prior to your desired service date.  If it is less than 48 hours, we will do our very best to accommodate your needs. A $5 fee will be added for any same day visits.  

Holiday Services:  There will be an additional charge of $5 per visit on the following holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day.  

Payment:  Payment is required at start of service. If you think of something else you need us to do while you are away, don’t hesitate to call us. We can bill you later for any additional services.  

Refunds/Rescheduling/Cancellations:  If your travel plans change or you need to reschedule or cancel a service/visit, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can best schedule our team’s time. Cancellations that occur after a reservation has begun will result in a credit for future service/visit. No credit will be issued if we are given less than 24hr notice.  

Outside Temperature Policy:  For the safety of your pets, when the outside temperature is over 100 degrees or under 32 degrees, we will need to make sure your pets are safely indoors during your reservation. In the case of over 100 degrees, pets cannot be left in hot garages.
